TERMS & CONDITIONSFor Meet-ups :Meet-ups are done at our convenience, in Tampines, Pasir Ris and Bedok.Meet-ups can also be be done at Temasek Polytechnic.Exchange of products will only take place after the exchange of the cash!We DO NOT accept rejection of products unless they are already damaged upon exchange.We do accept ATM transfers before meet-ups. :)
NOTE : We DO NOT accomodate demands for a new product if it does not fit upon handover. The measurements have been clearly stated on the website, so no exceptions!
For POSB/DBS ATM Transfers And Postage :
All payments should be made to

A fee of $1-$1.50(Depending on weight) will be charged for normal postage
A fee of $3 will be charged for registered postage.
We are not responsible for mail that is lost via normal mail, so registered mail is probably a better, safer option. (:
HOWEVER, please note that we will not be responsible for goods that were damaged in the mail. Please understand that ALL our handmade products are made from scratch, and have a CERTAIN degree of fragility.---
Remakes are possible, upon request. However, we cannot promise that it will be exactly the same, because everything's handmade.'Sale' items are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
